Every time I have the feeling that there are many people who are very afraid of being alone. I suppose this is also because I am 35 years old and in recent years I have been able to see how many people around me got married, had children or started a relationship with a person.

I can appreciate how some of those who do not have a partner are concerned about their loneliness, and I have also appreciated how some because of that same fear or concern have decided to share with someone just because they are not alone and not because they believe that they are the best person to be. at his side.

For me it is one of the worst mistakes you can make in your life. You must choose very carefully the people who are going to share life with you, be it a couple or friends. If the person next to you does not make you happy, does not complement you, does not support you in your dreams, and makes you feel pain or bad, removed from your side. If you have friends that for many years that you have been sharing you think that does not contribute anything good in your day to day, eliminate it from your side.

I believe that everyone should spend time alone, get to know themselves, discover their concerns and plan the way to fulfill their dreams. It is to base tracing that path to fulfill your dreams whatever they are. Your happiness depends on it.

It is necessary to enjoy alone. And I don’t mean to spend days alone at home. I mean to live single and without any relationship. This will allow you to get to know yourself well, to know what you want in your life and to think about yourself and your happiness.

From there, you will be ready to establish a relationship with someone. Because only after knowing you, and having your ideas clear and starting to trace your path of happiness, will you be able to respect yourself and not let someone in your life come between you and your happiness. When you are strong enough to make the decision to prefer being alone than with someone who is not going to help you in your happiness, then it is when you will stop worrying about being alone and you will not be afraid.

Only then will you find the person who will make you happy, whatever it takes to arrive. Don’t settle for being half happy. Don’t give up on your dreams for someone who doesn’t make you happy.

Everything will come but you must be clear. First, be alone. Enjoy alone.

Cada vez tengo más la sensación de que hay mucha gente que tiene mucho miedo a estar sola. Supongo que esto también se debe a que tengo 35 años y en los últimos años he podido ver como mucha gente de mi alrededor se casaba, tenia hijos o empezaba una relación con una persona.

Puedo apreciar como algunos de los que no tienen pareja se muestran preocupados por su soledad, y también he apreciado como algunos por ese mismo miedo o preocupación han decidido compartir con alguien solamente por no estar solo y no porque crean que es la mejor persona para estar a su lado.

Para mi es uno de los peores errores que puedes cometer en tu vida. Debes elegir muy cuidadosamente las personas que van a compartir la vida contigo, ya sea pareja o amigos. Si la persona que tienes a tu lado no te hace feliz, no te complementa, no te apoya en tus sueños, y te hace sentir dolor o mal estar, eliminada de tu lado. Si tienes amigos que por muchos años que llevéis compartiendo crees que no aporta nada bueno en tu día a día, elimínalo de tu lado.

Creo que todo el mundo debería pasar tiempo solo, conocerse a si mismo, descubrir sus inquietudes y planificar el camino para cumplir sus sueños. Es fundamentar trazar ese camino para cumplir tus sueños sean los que sean. Tu felicidad depende de ello.

Es necesario disfrutar solo. Y no me refiero a pasar los días solo en casa. Me refiero a vivir soltero y sin ninguna relación. Esto te va a permitir conocerte bien, saber que es lo que quieres en tu vida y pensar en ti mismo y tu felicidad.

A partir de ahí, estarás preparado para establecer una relación con alguien. Por que solo después de conocerte, y tener tus ideas claras y empezar a trazar tu camino de la felicidad serás capaz de respetarte a ti mismo y no dejar que entre alguien en tu vida que se interponga entre tu felicidad y tu. Cuando seas tan fuerte como para tomar la decisión de preferir estar solo que con alguien que no es la que va a ayudarte en tu felicidad, entonces es cuando dejará de preocuparte estar sólo y no tendrás ningún miedo.

Solamente así encontrarás a la persona que te hará feliz, tarde lo que tarde en llegar. No te conformes con ser feliz a medias. No renuncies a tus sueños por alguien que no te hace feliz.

Todo llegará pero debes tener las cosas claras. Primero, estar solo. Disfrutar solo.
